Jefferson County has forwarded the attached application to you for review and comment because your
agency is responsible for determining compliance with state and federal requirements or may
otherwise be affected by the following proposal:
Boundary Line Adjustment to create buildable lots for future single -family residences. The proposal is
to refigure 100 lots originally platted in 1890 to 70 lots usable lots.

Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or by February 12, 2021. If no written
response has been received within fourteen (14) days, your agency will be presumed to have no
comments. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for comment. Please

this proposal.
