I received a response back from our prosecutors office. The BLA could be applied for if the acreage
parcel (001-173-011) is not included.

Attached is the water review form that Susan Porto (Env. Health) talked about. Starting on Page 3,
the City of Port Townsend will need to complete this section.

As John Fleming (PWD engineer) mentioned Mara Dotson (PWD) reviews vacation of rights-of-ways.
A Quiet Title is needed for the old platted rights-of-ways. Mara’s contact info is 360-385-9218 or

Also John mentioned Terry Duff (PWD) is the contact for road approach permits. Her contact info is

Once John provides me with the info he talked about, I will forward it on to you.
As soon as I hear back from our prosecutor’s office on application process, I’ll let you know that
outcome.
