RE: MLA20-00152 Cape George Land Co. Boundary Line Adjustment
The following is in response to comments dated March 12, 2021 from
Kevin Hitchcock, GIS Coordinator
Jefferson County Assessor
1. All of the descriptions have been revised to reflect the correct recording data (vol & page).
2. The parcel numbers in question do, in fact, lie outside the property subject to the BLA. The
parcel number list has been revised accordingly (attached).
3. The new descriptions listed have been updated with the correct bearing as noted.
4. The new description for Parcel BI has been updated accordingly.
