Jefferson County has forwarded the attached application to you for review and comment because your
agency is responsible for determining compliance with state and federal requirements or may otherwise
be affected by the following proposal:

Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or by November 10, 2021. If no

no comments. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for comment.
