Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or by November 30, 2021. If no
written response has been received within fourteen (14) days, your agency will be presumed to have no
comments. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for comment. Please
contact at (360)379-4454 if you desire an extension of time or have additional questions regarding this
proposal.
