RE: MLA20-00152 Cape George Land Co. Boundary Line Adjustment
Shannen,
After reviewing the revised Boundary Line Adjustment survey dated 07/02/2021, I have
the following comments:
1. Parcels AG and AI have changed in the new survey and the parcel descriptions
have not been updated. They are the same as the previous survey.
2. Parcel AR has an incorrect distance; 125.26 feet should be 125.06 feet.
3. Parcels BH, BI, BJ, BK, BL, BM, BN, and BO have an incorrect distance to the
point of beginning. 512.94 feet should be 512.84 feet.
4. Parcels BN and BO have a repeated direction and distance:
“THENCE South 8°47’27” East, 140.00 feet; THENCE South 81°12’33” West,
90.00 feet to said north line; THENCE South 81°12’33” West, along said north
line, 90.00 feet TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING”
Should be:
“THENCE South 8°47’27” East, 140.00 feet to said north line; THENCE South
81°12’33” West, along said north line, 90.00 feet TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING”
