Dear Ms. Adolfson:
Jefferson County has selected your team at ESA as the most qualified to update and complete the environmental permits for the Port Hadlock Wastewater project. We recently discussed
the project and its permitting needs with you and the Tetra Tech project lead Kevin Dour. Based upon your understanding of the permits required, previous work conducted by ESA, and
the current status of the project and permitting, please prepare a proposal (scope/schedule/budget) to complete this work at your earliest convenience.
