Admin Code re: sewer charges for connection. This is an example of a ULID of a pressurized collection system using grinder pumps that was established and installed in 1996. A property
connecting to the ULID will pay all regular connection fees plus a ULID latecomer’s fee of $10,780 per ERU. The regular connection fees are by ERU’s.
