Please find enclosed a fully executed contract for the above referenced project. This is your official
Notice to Proceed. You are under contract directly with Jefferson County, and as such your invoices
will be submitted directly to our office to the attention of both me and project manager Bob Wheeler.
We will need a W-9 filled out and submitted to us in order to process payments to your firm.
Kevin Dour at Tetra Tech is managing the final design schedule in order to meet project delivery
deadlines established by the grant agencies. As we've discussed, the project schedule is aggressive.
Kevin will share the schedule with you and incorporate key permitting milestones into the schedule.
