On January 30, 2017, I completed a wetland determination and classification for a depressional wetland on
Parcel 921182042. The wetland is located on the east side and at the end of the paved section of Liberty
St. The wetland was classified and rated using the Wetland Rating system or Western Washington, 2014
update and Washington State Rating forms Effective January 1, 2015. On January. 30, 2017 the wetland
classified as a Category III Wetland.
I was requested to review this parcel to review any changes to the wetlands by Terry McHugh of John J.
Scotts Realty. I conducted this review on March 3,2021. I found no recent mechanical or major natural
disturbances to the wetlands. Several wetland delineation whip stations are still present and visible but
wetland flagging is faded. The wetland drains under Liberty St. by a culvert to another wetland on the
immediate on the west side of Liberty St. The wetlands are separate wetland as the outlet of culvert is lower
than the intake of the culvert lower wetland. The wetland on the west side of Liberty St. is 6 in or more
inches lower than the high water mark in the subject wetland. Under these conditions the two are
considered as separate units for rating.
