The following information is needed to continue review of your project. The stormwater management plan is not complete, please provide the following information. For a raingarden, please provide the ponding depth, size calculation, and planting plan if you wish to proceed with this proposal. Please see the link to the Raingarden Handbook. If you wish to proceed with a dispersion trench, please provide the revised site plan showing the scaled size of the dispersion trench. Either proposal requires you to show how each downspout connects to either the trench or the raingarden. The driveway proposal needs to be accounted for stormwater management. Please update the site plan to show sheet flow dispersion accounted for. Please see the attached guidelines. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 4/26/2022.
