Dear Ms. Krissovich,
Thank you for your enquiry.
There are no county, state or federal laws that require guests of private gatherings to be
vaccinated against COVID-19.
That said, there are no laws prohibiting a private party from requiring guests to be
vaccinated against COVID-19.

I live in a homeowners association in Jefferson County Washington. I would like to know if my
homeowner's association can legally require proof of vaccination before allowing entrance to a
HOA sponsored event that takes place in a HOA owned enclosed space. Thanks so much Marta
