To whom it may concern:
I am a vaccinated senior citizen with my booster shot.
I recently had lunch at Chinook’s Restaurant in Seattle and one of the wait staff there sharedwith me that there is a person on staff who is not vaccinated.
IF I FOUND A RESPECTED, REPUTABLE, WELL ESTABLISHED RESTAURANTWITH AN UNVACCINATED EMPLOYEE,
HOW MANY MORE COULD THERE BE?
Those most vulnerable to hospitalization or death from covid are senior citizens over 60, orthose with a pre-existing health condition.
Have you witnessed the unethical behavior of elected officials from City Council to the
President?
The establishment and the state want to know that I’m vaccinated so I’m not spreading thevirus but they are unwilling to prove to me that I am safe when I’m the one at Greater risk?
I’m a retired police officer, detective and fraud investigator for LNI. We didn’t make arrests or
decisions based on someone’s word, we were required To have corroborating evidence. How would you feel if you were arrested based on the statement from a witness without
corroborating evidence?That’s what establishments are asking from their patrons.
Mayor Durkin of Seattle, Councilwoman Sawant and President Trump have participated in
covering up their behavior and the choices they made. Why should I assume, local businessowners wouldn’t do the same?

IF WE ARE TO ERADICATE THIS VIRUS AND MAKE IT SAFE FOR EVERYONE, WENEED TO STANDARDIZE THE RULES STATEWIDE INCLUDING RESTAURANTS,
BARS, MOVIE THEATERS, ETC.
The manager of the Rose Theater suggested I could just stay home. I’m a retired widower. Do you have any idea how it impacts mental health to stay isolated for nearly two years?
I suggest the isolation is a cause of more suicides, homicides, domestic violence and drugabuse.
Please make me feel safe by mandating that all establishments show evidence that their staff isvaccinated.
THE MANAGER TELLING ME THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE VACCINATED IS NOTSUFFICIENT PROOF!!!
WE NEED CONSISTENCY STATE AND COUNTRY WIDE!!!
DOES IT REALLY HAVE TO BE THIS HARD???
AND WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THAT WE ARE SAFE, NOT JUST THEESTABLISHMENTS!!!
HOW CAN WE TRUST THE WORD OF ESTABLISHMENTS WHEN WE CAN’T TRUSTOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES?
