In the Matter of Establishing
the Prosecuting Attorney's
Salary for 2000
RESOLUTION NO. 02-00
WHEREAS, one-half (1/2) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's
salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance with R.C.W. 36.17.020; and,
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the
salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney's salary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for the calendar year 2000 is sixty three thousand, seventy
three and 75/100 dollars ($63,073.75,) effective January 1, 2000.
