Subject: Request to Declare Copiers Surplus
The following three copy machines have been replaced by new equipment. My research indicates that the total value
of the three machines is less than $300. It is my recommendation that these pieces of equipment not be stored until
the next surplus sale, but be declared immediately surplus and disposed of.
