Subject: County Road Administration Board Road Levy Certification
Statement of Issue:
The County Road Administration Board requires that the County certify the Road Levy
each year.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pros if Cons:
The "Digital Submittal Certification" form provides space for the required signature of
the Chair of the Board of Commissioners.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
Upon fulfillment of this requirement, the County Road Administration Board can issue
our "Certificate of Standards in Good Practice," which insures the distribution of
Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax revenues to Jefferson County.
Recommendation:
Sign the attached "Digital Submittal Certification" and return to Public Works for
further processing.

enforcement and/or any other purpose from diverted road levy no later than February 1 st of each year".
