WHEREAS, the establishment of a Petty Cash Fund for the Bayshore Motel is
necessitated by the reopening of the motel; and,
and,
WHEREAS, in order to make minor purchases and make change for users of the motel;
WHEREAS, it has been adjudged necessary that a Petty Cash Fund be established in the
amount of$500.00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the County Treasurer be authorized to
issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of$500.00 payable to the Jefferson County Public Works
Department for the purpose of establishing a Petty Cash Fund.
