FOR DISPOSAL }
WHEREAS, certain computers, a certain printer, and miscellaneous broken parts
belonging to Jefferson County have been identified by the Information Services Department as no longer
required for County purposes because it they are outdated, broken and otherwise unusable; and
RESOLUTION NO. 83~OO
WHEREAS, notice of intention to sell this surplus County property is not required per
RCW 36.34.020 because the total value of the items is less than two thousand five hundred dollars
($2,500); and
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners, that the following property identified as:

Subject: Epson 5000
The Epson was bought in 1991. We're had the printhead replaced twice.
It's had a complete overhaul which was quite expensive. The poor
printer is on it's last leg. We couldn't print any long printouts. It would
just quite for whatever reason. We printed only on a need basis until our
new printer came.
I don't believe there is any resale value due to age and worn out parts.
It really should be just junked.
