Setting the Date for Final Assessment Roll Hearing
and Ordering Notice and Publication Thereof,
REGARDING COUNTRY RIDGE
ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.4,
IMPROVEMENT OF BLUE MOUNTAIN ROAD
AND COUNTRY RIDGE DRIVE
WHEREAS, In pursuance of Resolution No. 101-97, passed and adopted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson COlmty Washington, on the 25. day of August, 19.9l, the County Road
Engineer has prepared a Final Assessment Roll for improvement costs to be assessed against the properties
included within the assessment district for Jefferson County Road hnprovement District No.....4 and has
submitted the same to the Board in the amount of $ 7R 4 i 1 00.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington that a public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners upon such Final Assessment
Roll will be set for
Monday, Decemhpr 11, 2000, at 2~OO P.M.
in the Jefferson County Commissioners Chambers, at the Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend,
Washington.
The Clerk of the Board or COlmty Road Engineer shall give notice of such hearing and the time and place
thereof by publication of this Resolution and by notice to the owner or reputed owner of the property
whose name appears thereon in accordance with Section 36.88.090 of the Revised Code of Washington.
The Board of County Commissioners will sit as a board of equalization for the purpose of considering such
assessment roll and will consider such objections made thereto, or any part thereof, and will correct, revise,
raise, lower, change or modify such roll or any part thereof, or set aside such roll in order that such
assessment be made de novo as to such body shall appear just and equitable and then proceed to confirm
the same by resolution.
All objections shall be in writing and filed with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners at or
prior to the date fixed for such hearing and shall state clearly the grounds objected to, and objections not
made within the time and in the manner herein prescribed shall be conclusively presumed to have been
waived.
