Special Projects Fund From the ER&R Fund

WHEREAS, the Special Projects Fund was created for the purpose of accounting
for special grant funded projects, and
WHEREAS, the Special Projects Fund will require funds to pay for the grant
projects prior to receiving grant funds,
IT IS HEREBY FOUND AND DECLARED that the public health, safety and
welfare requires this Board of County Commissioners to proceed in manner and fonn as herein
detennined, and that the sum of $46,642.00 be loaned to the Special Projects Fund from the ER&R
Fund. The loan will be repaid with interest of 6.46% per annum and repayment shall be made in the
full amount on or before December 31, 2001,
