RESOLUTION NO. 96-00
WHEREAS, the Port Ludlow Drainage District Interim Fund was created for the
purpose of accounting for costs associated with the establishment of the Port Ludlow Drainage
District and,
WHEREAS, RCW 85.38 provides that the costs incUITed by the County Engineer,
Auditor and Treasurer shall be reimbursed by the district,
pay for costs prior to receiving tax revenues,
WHEREAS, the Port Ludlow Drainage District Interim Fund will require funds to
IT IS HEREBY FOUND AND DECLARED that the public health, safety and
welfare requires this Board of County Commissioners to proceed in manner and form as herein
determined, and that the sum of $44,500.00 be loaned to the Port Ludlow Drainage District Interim
Fund ITom the General Fund. The loan shall be repaid in the full amount on or before December 31,
2002 or at a date such revenue is generated for these purposes by the collection oftax levies.
