the Prosecuting Attorney's

RESOLUTION NO. 1-99
WHEREAS, one-half (12) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's salary
is paid by the State of Washington in accordance with Rc.W, 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the
salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney's salary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for the calendar year 1999 is fifty rrine thousand, eight hundred
ninety-five and 00/100 dollars ($59,895.00), effective January 1, 1999.
