Fabry, PE., Public Works Director/County Engineer MEMORANDUM TO: Jefferson County Board of Commissioners FROM: Klara A. Fabry, Public Works Director / County Engineer J1J r DATE: December 29, 1998 RE: County Engineer's Report: Woodridge Drive The Department of Public Works reviewed and approved the road construction plans and the stormwater management plans. The road was designed in accordance with the requirements of the Department's adopted standards, the Policy on Geometric Design of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. The stormwater management plan is consistent with the standards of the Washington Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for the Puget Sound Basin. The Department of Public Warks inspected construction. The materials used in construction conform to the Standard Specifications of the Washington Department of Transportation. The road was constructed in accordance with the approved plans. The road would extend the existing County Road system in the area. Accepting the road would be consistent with previous plats and road dedications in Port Ludlow. In consideration of the above, I recommend that the Board of County Commissioners accept Woodridge Drive as a County Road and approve the resolution adding it to the County Road Log. : VOL 25 rAG~ 10 100% Recycled Paper
