HomeMy WebLinkAbout008 99 (C '. ~u) t /Jü/q, STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON In the Matter of: x Resolution No. 8-99 Naming Of a Private Road Elkhorn Lane or, Olympic View Drive or Deer Park Drive x x x x WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to name a private road Elkhorn Lane or Olympic View Drive or Deer Park Drive as shown on attached Exhibit" A ", pursuant to Jefferson County 911 Ordinance Number 2-0401- 91 and; WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to avoid confusion in addressing and duplication of similar road names and addresses and; WHEREAS, research has shown that no property owners are currently addressed on this mile post number that will be affected by the road naming as shown on attached Exhibit "B", and; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Elkhorn Lane.
