RESOLUTION NO. 17-99
WHEREAS, an emergency exists due to flooding caused by unusual weather
conditions as declared an emergency, Resolution 14~99, dated February 2, 1999 and;
WHEREAS, a hazard exists to the public on Old Beaver Valley Rd., County
Road Number 503509, due to washouts caused by flooding and erosion, and;
roads;
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 RCW authorizes the restriction and closure of
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Old Beaver Valley Rd., County Road
Number 503509, vicinity M.P. 0.70, is closed to all unauthorized vehicles and traffic
commencing immediately and remaining closed until such time as the road is stabilized
and reopened.
