Home My WebLink About021 99 <!(:,: P /¡\) . 3 ^ O¡ "1, .' ~ In the Matter of: Naming Of a Private Road Elkhorn Ridge Way, Elkhorn View or Elkhorn Drive STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON x Resolution No. 21-99 x x x x WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to name a private road Elkhorn Ridge Way or Elkhorn View or Elkhorn Drive as shown on attached Exhibit "A", pursuant to Jefferson County 911 Ordinance Number 2-0401- 91 and; WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to avoid confusion in addressing and duplication of similar road names and addresses and; WHEREAS, research has shown that no property owners are currently addressed on this mile post number that will be affected by the road naming as shown on attached Exhibit IlBIl, and; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Elkhorn Ridge Way.
