AN ORGANIZATION CHART FOR)
THE DEP AR TMENT OF COMMUNITY)
DEVELOPMENT )
RESOLUTION NO. 23-99
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners have indicated their
intent to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department of Community Development;
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have an organization that has adequate resource
capacity and professional capabilities to facilitate the management of issues, including completion
of the final development regulations and orderly and timely review of land use applícations; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners have reviewed the current organization
and reporting structure of the Department of Community Development and determined that the
organization and reporting structure be defined as outlined in Schedule A; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Jefferson County, that the organization structure of the Department of Community Development
be as outlined in Schedule A.
