to View Ridge Drive, or x

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to change
the name of a private road from Eaglecrest Way to View Ridge Drive or Golden Eagle
Way or Tugboat Lane as shown on attached Exhibit" A", pursuant to Jefferson
County 911 Ordinance Number 2-0401-91 and;
WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to avoid
confusion in addressing and duplication of similar road names and addresses and;
WHEREAS, research has shown that the petitioner is the sole property owner
currently addressed on this road that will be affected by the road name change as
shown on attached Exhibit" B", and;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named View Ridge
Drive.
