Marilyn,
Thank you for the clarification. And, yes you are correct, if someone sent a letter or email on their own during the
noticing timeframe, they are also parties of record that will receive a notification from DCD for SEPA and the public
hearing.

Donna,
You are correct. Sue and I are point persons for everyone listed as a signer of our community letter, including those who
wanted their names added later. We have written permission from every one of them, requesting they be added as
signatories. For technical reasons, I have been the primary conveyor to you of digital information.
There are, of course, a few of our signers who ALSO sent in their own letters. I trust you are considering their separate
letters as distinct from our community letter.
Thanks, and let me know if you need anything more --Marilyn

Marilyn and Sue,
During noticing of the BDN appli6ation, DCD received by email on August 23, 2021 a revised letter, which had been
prepared by'SGe that included names of others living in the Shine area who are opposed to the BDN geoduck
aquaculture proposal, and an email on August 22, 2021, in which Marilyn asked that the Pattersons be added to the list
of people in support of the Shine letter. Both emails were sent by Marilyn.
DCD will assume that you are serving as the point persons for those additional names in those emails unless we hear
from you otherwise.
