Donna,
The Smersh's were part of a Boundary Line Adjustment in 2013 which basically would have doubled their lot
size. However, the conveyance deed from the 2nd party involved(Olsen and Just) was never filed, so the BLA was not
completed on our end. When the conveyance document from the Olsen's and Just parties are filed I can complete the
BLA to adjust the property boundaries.
