'=t l' In the Matter of: Naming Of a Private Road Blossom Lane or, Blossom Road or Sky Valley Road STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON x Resolution No. 41-99 x x x x WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to name a private road Blossom Lane or Blossom Road or Sky Valley Road as shown on attached Exhibit "A", pursuant to Jefferson County 911 Ordinance Number 2-0401-91 and; WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to allow for further addressing along the road as required by the Jefferson County 911 Emergency Locator System Ordinance and to avoid confusion in addressing due to similar road names and; WHEREAS, research has shown that there are five addressed property owners currently addressed on this mile post number that will be affected by the road naming as shown on attached Exhibit "B", and; WHEREAS, all addressed property owners have signed the petition and, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Blossom Lane.
