I ntent to Establish
A County Road:
North Beach Drive

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County Road
System:
That road known as North Beach Drive, being 50 feet wide and lying in the NE ~
of the NW ~ of Section 16, Township 27 North, Range 1 East and the SE ~ of
the SW ~ of Section 9, Township 27 North, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian,
more descriptively shown on attached "Exhibit A",
and in contemplation of the language of Statute RC.W. 36.81.010,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County
Commissioners does now declare its intention to consider the County establishment of
said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to
examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as to
the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general course and length
thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board,
The Board shall fix a time and place for a hearing of the Engineer's Report, All persons
interested may appear and be heard at such hearing upon the report and
recommendation of the engineer either to proceed or not to proceed with establishing
the road and any evidence relative thereto, as per RCW 36.81.080,
HEARING to be held July 6,1999, at 2:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County
Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse.
