WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on July 12, 1999 called for
bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due notice ofthe call for bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, TWO bids were received and opened during public session on
July 26, 1999 at 11: 15 a,m" as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to select the
most responsive of the TWO acceptable bids, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid was submitted by
ACTION SERVICES CORPORATION, for a total bid amount of$117,845.82 and that this bid be
accepted for a total bid amount of$117,845.82.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract docmnents in
their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance,
