TO SELL SUPRLUS

RESOLUTION NO. 72".,99
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of]efferson County to
dispose of surplus property; and
WHEREAS, several Departments within the County's jurisdiction have indicated a
need to dispose of those items on the list of surplus equipment attached to this Resolution,
for sale at a public auction to be held on October 9, 1999; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.34.020 requires that this intention should be published with a
Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County property.
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020
particularly describing the property to be sold and designating the place where, the day and
hour, when the hearing will be held for such consideration.

ON THE INTENTION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
TO SELL SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on the BID day of September, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. in the County
Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Pon
T Gwnsend, Washington, for the purpose of declaring their intention to dispose of surplus
County property, partially described as follows:
Office Equipment: (i.e. chairs, tables, filing cabinets, panel dividers, desks)
Computer Eqrupment: ~.e. computers, Apple computers, Fax machines)
Heavy Eqrupment: (i.e. several automobiles, pickup trucks, Cat Grader 12F Diesel,
Trailers, Rockland Grade More Sloper, lOyd Dump)
(i.e. portable buildings, generator, air compressor, hydraulic
tank and electric motor, TV, VCR)
Other Equipment:
