RESOLUTION NO.75-99
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on August 9, 1999 called for
bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due notice of the call for bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, one (1) bid was received and opened during public session for the week
of August 23, 1999, as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to select the
most responsive of the acceptable bids received, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid was submitted by
Addleman Logging Co. Inc, for a total bid amount of$108,700.00 and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOL VED, that the specifications and contract documents in
their entirety as included in the bid package, are part ofthis bid acceptance.

Addleman Logging Co. Inc., 497 Henry Boyd Road, Port Angeles, W A 98362, submitted the only
bid, for the amount of$108,700.00.
Public Works recommends award of the Fletcher Creek Culvert Replacement contract to Addleman
Logging Company, Inc.
