RESOLUTION NO. 107-99
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department was originally created by the Board of
county Commissioners by Resolution No. 45-71, and reorganized by Resolution 111-93 to
combine the County Engineer duties and the Public Works Director duties into one position; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-99 passed on September 27,1999, created the new
position of County Administrator, reorganized management positions, and dissolved the Public
Services Department; and,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that Gary Rowe is hereby appointed to serve as Public Works Director/County
Engineer for Jefferson County effective January 1, 2000.
