Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
Margaret Taylor and Member Pete Raab.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to approve the special meeting minutes for December 8, 2021.
Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
ASSESSMENT CORRECTIONS AND PETITION WITHDRAWALS:
Chairman Gillette reviewed with the Board the following assessment corrections and petition
withdrawals. No action required.

Member Raab moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:04 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on February 2, 2022. Vice-
