CALL TO ORDER
Chair Daryl Gillette, Vice-Chair Margaret Taylor and Member Pete Raab participated in the meeting
remotely. Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Raab moved to approve the special meeting minutes of December 1, 2021. Vice-Chair Taylor
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
DISCUSSION
The Board reviewed basic hearing and determination processes, types of documents, due dates and the
different types of appeals.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Gillette moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:07 p.m. Member Raab seconded the motion which
carried by a unanimous vote.
