APPROVAL OF MINUTES Vice Chairman Taylor moved to approve the meeting minutes of May 5, 2021. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. DETERMINATIONS Per WAC 458-14-095(4)post hearing deliberations of the Board of Equalization are not recorded. The Board began post-hearing deliberations at 10:02 a.m. a.m. At the conclusion of the deliberations, the Board resumed the regular meeting at 11:00 a.m. Karl Jacobsen & Sandra Jacobsen BOE 20-27-R PN: 001 321 012 4372 Discovery Road Port Townsend,WA. 98368 The Board of Equalization held a hearing on April 21, 2021. After consideration the Board finds that the appellants did not present clear, cogent, and convincing evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the value established by the Assessor. The Board of Equalization sustains the value established by the Assessor. Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to sustain The Assessor's valuation of the property as of January 1, 2020 was $958,605 ($318,234 for the land and$640,371 for the improvements). Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
