ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENT(s) (3) re: Marine Resources Committee (MRC); 1) Four(4)
Year Term to Expire February 10, 2026; District No.3 Representative, Sarah Fisken; 2) Four (4) Term to
Expire March 3, 2026; Recreation Representative, Troy McKelvey; 3) Four (4) Year Term to Expire March
8, 2026; Environmental/Conservation Representatives, Betsy Carlson
ANALYSIS:
Monica Montgomery, Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee (MRC) Contact, sent notice stating
after advertising three Representatives sent request for reappointment and these reappointments are
recommended by the Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve this ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENT(s) (3) re: Marine Resources Committee (MRC); 1)
Four (4) Year Term to Expire February 10, 2026; District No.3 Representative, Sarah Fisken; 2) Four(4)
Term to Expire March 3, 2026; Recreation Representative, Troy McKelvey; 3) Four (4) Year Term to
