The parties have identified a technical error in the drafting of the signature document;and C. Having meet,conferred and bargained regarding the drafting defect and the cure thereof; THEREFORE,IT IS AGREED: 1. Vacation Accrual 8.4. E is incorrect. 2. The current provision provides the accrual rate is 0.0682 hours per straight time compensable hour..... (142 hours maximum per year, l lth through 15th year). 3. The correct accrual rate is 0.0731 hours per straight time compensable hour ( 152 hours maximum....). 4. The County,as contract administrator, shall utilize the accrual in 3.above and correct any erroneous accruals for employees. The foregoing being the agreement of the parties resolving all issues regarding the typographical error,each has signed and dated this agreement to become binding on the signing party as of the date signed by the signatory. The County in administering the contract discovered an error in the drafting of the signature document. The vacation accrual rate in Vacation Accrual 8.4.E is incorrect. The current provision provides the accrual rate is 0.0682 hours per straight time compensable hour... (142 hours maximum per year, 1 through 15th year). The correct accrual rate is 0.0731 hours per straight time compensable hour... (152 hours maximum, 11t" through 15th year).
