Greetings and thank you for your ceaseless support of the community health throughtransparency and access to information and safety.
I have been a constant listener through the past years of the efforts in conjunction with kptz.on Mondays. I may have missed the announcement but do not have easy access to relisten to
entire meeting broadcast archives. My hope is you might clarify access and distribution sites in the city limits.
I do not have financial resources to have computer access at home, therefore can not orderonline and spend hours trying to determine which masks ate counterfeit.
My main question today has to do with accessing kn95 masks that are being distributed. I understand the out of port townsend access at qfc in hadlock and the jefferson county library
and how swiftly these masks have been picked up.I have a need for these masks as I anticipate some appointments and 2 monthly grocery store
visits per month. I did not hear any port townsend access points mentioned and understand theneed to prioritize for workers.
Quite seriously, for those of us who have comorbidities and who have limited resources. We
Have spent hundreds of dollars on hand santization, Masks etc when we can find them for saleduring shortages and now less access to cloth masks with the nose wire to utilize surgical
masking underneath cloth. ( cloth masks do wear out after 2+ years and bless the work of volunteer mask makers!)
I am concerned not just for myself but for others who also have need to upgrade masksespecially when need arises to mingle with mixed vax population out of necessity.
Thank you
Joan in port townsend
