Good afternoon,
I have attached a copy of the Jefferson County design criteria that would pertain to your
project. A remodel of this deck would require a minimum of a 60# Psf floor load as well as a
30# snow load for a roof in Brinnon. It should be noted that wind criteria is 110 MPH with a D
designation as it is close to waterfront. All of this is going to be difficult to build prescriptively
with poly carbonate panels and would require braced wall panels at a minimum.
