Ocean Grove #2 BLK 8 LOT 2. The appellant values the property at$17,500. The Assessor's valuation as of January 1, 2021 is $27,500. Appellants'Argument and Evidence:The Appellant gave no written testimony and did not attend Hearing to give verbal testimony. Assessor's Argument and Evidence:The Assessor's representative in the Hearing adjusted the valuation of said parcel to $20,625. Decision:The law requires that the Board of Equalization presume the Assessor's valuation to be correct unless the Appellant presents clear, cogent and convincing evidence to the contrary. After consideration the Board finds that the Appellant did not present evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the value established by the Assessor. The Board of Equalization sustains the adjusted value established by the Assessor of$20,625.
