The appellant estimates the value to be $525,000 ($200,000 Land, $325,500 Improvements). The Assessor's valuation as of January 1, 2021 is $587,255 ($225,720 for Land, $361,535 for Improvements). Appellants'Argument and Evidence:The Appellant gave no written or verbal testimony. The Appellant provided no evidence or documentation to substantiate their Appeal. Assessor's Argument and Evidence: The Assessor's representative presented: worksheets, comparable properties and photos. Decision:The law requires that the Board of Equalization presume the Assessor's valuation to be correct unless the Appellant presents clear, cogent and convincing evidence to the contrary. After consideration the Board finds that the Appellant did not present evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the value established by the Assessor. The Board of Equalization sustains the value established by the Assessor.
