STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jill Silver, Executive Director of 10,000 Years Institute will give a briefing regarding Job Creation and
Restoration Work on the Washington Coast Restoration and Resiliency Initiative (WCRRI) Pulling
Together in Restoration Project in 2021-2022, and Phase 5 Project Proposal for 2023-2024
ANALYSIS:
The 10,000 Years Institute requests the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners adopt a Motion to
support the Phase 5 Project Proposal for 2023-2024 presented.

RECOMMENDATION:
Listen to Briefing and consider whether to adopt a Motion to support the Phase 5 Project Proposal for 2023-
2024 presented.
