MEETING MINUTES
February 9, 2022

Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman Margaret
Taylor and Member Pete Raab.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to approve the meeting minutes of February 2, 2022. Member Raab seconded
the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. j
DETERMINATIONS
Per WAC 458-14-095(4)post hearing deliberations of the Board of Equalization are not recorded. The
Board began post hearing deliberations at 10:01a.m. At the conclusion of the deliberations the Board
resumed the regular meeting at 10:11a.m. and the following actions were taken.

The Board of Equalization held a hearing on February 2, 2022.
After reviewing all the information submitted, the Board concurred that the appellant did not present clear,
cogent, and convincing evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the Assessor.
Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$1,350.00 (land only) Member Raab
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See also minutes of February 2, 2022)

The Board of Equalization held a hearing on February 2, 2022.
After reviewing all the information submitted, the Board concurred that the appellants did not present
clear, cogent, and convincing evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the
Assessor.
Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$442,962 ($138,960 for the land and
$304,002 for the improvement). Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.

ADJOURNMENT
Vice-Chairman Taylor moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:13 a.m. Member Raab seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote.
