Our East County communities are only 2 hours from the Cities of Seattle and Olympia and 3 hours from Victoria, BC via highway and ferry. |THE POSITION Public Works Engineers apply professional and technical expertise to develop and review plans, specifications and estimates, solve civil engineering problems, secure and manage consultant contracts, perform financial analysis and create budgets, present information to Boards and the public, and oversee construction con- tracts and inspection. |QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and seven years progressively more responsible civil engineering expe- rience. Registration as P.E. in WA State, or registered as a P.E. in another state with the ability to obtain WA State registration within six months required.
