Jefferson County has forwarded the attached application to you for review and comment because your
agency is responsible for determining compliance with state and federal requirements or may
otherwise be affected by the following proposal:
TRANSIENT RENTAL - WEST END- HOSPITALITY ESTABLISHMENT (LESS THAN 30 DAYS)
Location: Parcel 413273004; Section 27 - Township 24N - Range 13W; S27 T24N R13W TAX 4-
PARCEL 4 OF SURVEY V20/P7; 153573 Hwy 101, Forks, WA 98366
REVIEW REQUEST: Please review the Simon Transient Rental Application (MLA2021-00060) for
septic requirements (e.g. septic capacity, bedrooms per system, cooking/kitchen facility requirements).
Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or by March 29, 2022. If no written
response has been received within fourteen (14) days, your agency will be presumed to have no
comments. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for comment. Please
contact at (360)379-4450 if you desire an extension of time or have additional questions regarding
this proposal.
