Eurofins EMLab P&K reserves the right to dispose of all samples after a period of thirty (30) days, according to all state and federal guidelines, unless otherwise specified. Inhomogeneous samples are separated into homogeneous subsamples and analyzed individually. ND means no fibers were detected. When detected, the minimum detection and reporting limit is less than 1% unless point counting is performed. Floor tile samples may contain large amounts of interference material and it is recommended that the sample be analyzed by gravimetric point count analysis to lower the detection limit and to aid in asbestos identification. ‡ A "Version" indicated by -"x" after the Lab ID# with a value greater than 1 indicates a sample with amended data. The revision number is reflected by the value of "x". RECEIVED BY DCD 10/25/2021 Request for Emergency Approval Processing of Demolition Notification Olympic Region Clean Air Agency 2940 Limited Lane NW Olympia, WA 98502 To Whom it may concern: I am requesting expedited service for my Demolition Notification, because removing the structure, which is immediately adjacent and at the same level as my roof, is necessary for the safety of the roofing contractors, who need to do a emergency repair of the trusses in my attic, and the safety of my tenants who continue to live at 181 Ridge Dr., (Insurance has been notified) who have themselves erected a brace to hopefully prevent the rest of the ceiling from collapsing more. In order for the roofers to have the best access to fix the trusses, which have come apart inside the attic of my manufactured home, I want to remove this additional structure. The trusses are allowing the ceiling inside my home to collapse. Although a temporary brace has been pushed up against the collapsed ceiling there is still a possibility other areas will being to move and fall as rain and snow weigh on the roof. I have renters currently living in the house. My insurance is OK with this situation, but I still don't want anyone to get hurt with the ceiling falling on them in their sleep or just suddenly before they can move. The roofers will have to do a complete roof tear off in order to evaluate the extent of the damage and repair the damaged trusses. Without removal of this back structure the debris would not automatically fall to the ground and additional labor would be needed to push it all the way to the ground. The structure to be demolition has a corrugated fiberglass roof, which is not strong enough for workers to stand on.
